About the Board
The Board is a free listings site for student businesses and societies, run by DAXSintech, Nottingham, UK (“we”). Contact: daxsintech@gmail.com. It is not an official NTU, university or students’ union service.
We only list businesses and societies. Any booking, payment or service is agreed directly between you and them. We are not part of that agreement and we don’t guarantee any business.
Accounts, messaging and reviews are a demo for now and are stored only in your browser.
Sending a listing
- You must be 16 or over, and the business or society must be yours or you must be allowed to list it.
- Everything you send must be accurate, legal and yours to share. Contact details must be real.
- We check every listing before it appears and can refuse, edit or remove any listing at any time.
- You must not pretend to be NTU, a students’ union or anyone else.
What you can’t do
- List anything illegal, age-restricted, hateful, sexual or misleading.
- Post spam, links to scams, or other people’s details.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
Businesses
You must follow the law that applies to your business, including consumer, food hygiene and tax rules, and keep your prices and policies accurate.
Our responsibility
The Board is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We aren’t responsible for the businesses or societies listed, or for anything agreed between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and your rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. See also our privacy notice.
